Regulations for earthquake protection or extraordinary site development costs will influence the ultimate costs
 
The loan limits shown uses a high interest rate, a 25% limit of the monthly payment to debt, and 30% down payment to assist a borrower by defining conservative debt limit payments with a high down payment requirements to assist a church in structuring workable relocation plans.Too often churches are led to believe that financing a church property is similar to buying a house. Although Service Realty has been involved with 100% loans, those arise for strong churches with substantial equity. Commercial loan are available for churches but a church must illustrate ability to  pay and stability to procure good terms
